Account Manager / Campaign Manager Trainee

Position Title: Account Manager / Campaign Manager

Reports To: CEO

Location: Dallas, TX

Type: Full-time

Account Managers will be fully trained in all tasks pertaining to creating and executing a campaign for a new client, from sales and customer acquisition in a specific sales platform, to training a team in campaign strategy, logistics, operations and campaign development. After their training is complete, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing business development of assigned campaign and achieving sales goals set with Client  in a given time frame. Account Managers grow sales and profitability by penetrating across all categories of services, and by monitoring and increasing client presence across all customer sites in a defined territory. Account Managers are also responsible for mapping decision-makers and sites, 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Campaign Manager will be responsible for selection, training and managing of team working with his or her assigned campaign. 

  • Presentations: Conduct daily meetings with team, to evaluate campaign progress, PAR.

  • Scheduling: Individual will be responsible for setting team's schedule, and maintaining calendar of appointments with customers.

  • Negotiating: Individual will oversee pricing negotiations for specific sales opportunities – will need to coordinate the bid and quote process and make discretionary pricing decisions based on their knowledge of the account and assessment of future spend potential.

  • Strategic Planning: Individual will be responsible for targeting which customers to pursue and when; they will be given a list of accounts and will prioritize based on their own knowledge and understanding of the business.



  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • 1-3 years successful sales experience or completion of the Sales Apprentice Program

  • Experience and proven track record of managing programs or business development

  • Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations

  • Consultative selling, solutions selling, insight selling, negotiation and advanced client management skills

  • Ability to set targets, design growth plans and work with product category sales team members

  • Strong business, financial, operations and technology acumen

  • Ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision. 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $80,000/yr
